ED Crisis Social Worker

The ED Crisis Social Worker provides essential front-line support within the Emergency Department at Regions Hospital, delivering immediate crisis assessment, intervention, and short-term therapeutic support to individuals and families experiencing mental health emergencies. This role involves conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, formulating individualized intervention and referral plans, and determining appropriate levels of care through a trauma-informed and patient-centered lens.
