ED Registration

Responsible for interviewing and collecting patient demographic and insurance information to complete eligibility and benefit verification processes. Ensures timely medical record completion and maintains accuracy for proper reimbursement while providing excellent customer service. Coordinates with insurers and community agencies to resolve benefit issues and covers ED Registration functions as needed.
