ED Surge Unit (Part-time, Night Shift)

The Clinical Nurse B- Flexible Integrated Team (FIT) serves as part of the Loma Linda University Medical Center-Murrieta float pool, reassigning to patient care departments where additional staffing is needed. This role requires flexibility to cover sick calls, vacations, and vacancies while providing direct and indirect patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The position involves utilizing discretion to prioritize and coordinate care, performing the nursing process with minimal supervision, and delegating tasks to unlicensed staff as appropriate.
