ED Technician (ED Tech)

The ED Technician supports the Emergency Department team by providing direct patient care and clerical functions under the direction of registered nurses and medical staff. This dual role combines nursing assistant or EMT duties with health unit coordinator responsibilities to facilitate quality patient care. The position involves transporting patients, obtaining vital signs, assisting with procedures, and managing patient records and communications.
