Responsibilities

• Provide care and services to patients, including EKG, phlebotomy, equipment cleaning, and room stocking under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Perform secretarial duties such as organizing paperwork, answering the phone, and receiving ED patients into electronic medical records.
• Ensure the practice of Patient and Family Centered Care Model in an environment that exemplifies best practice.
• Adhere to all C.A.R.E. Standards and work in a fast-paced, often stressful environment.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills.
