The Edibles Technician II prepares and cooks cannabis-infused edible products within the production department kitchen, ensuring all items are made in a sanitary and timely manner. This role involves operating specialized kitchen equipment, conducting quality checks on ingredients and finished goods, and maintaining strict adherence to cGMP and safety protocols. The position requires collaboration with the Edibles Manager and team to support efficient production workflows and maintain high standards of quality and sanitation.
