EdIS Hypercare Support Officer

The EdIS Hypercare Support Officer provides training and support services to administrative, teaching, and management staff in schools to ensure effective use of the EdIS Programme outputs. The role involves designing and delivering in-service training, offering on-site and service desk support, and assisting with the customization and enhancement of school-based systems. The position requires collaboration with the EdIS Hypercare Support Manager to contribute to implementation strategies and project outputs across the province.
