EdIS/C2k - Resources Training & Support Officer

The post holder manages, designs, and delivers training, advisory, and support services to schools to ensure effective use of the Resource modules within the Management Information System. This includes financial management, payroll, personnel, and equipment register modules, while also contributing to implementation strategies and providing service desk support. The role involves supervising staff, developing training materials, and advising school managers on strategic financial planning and system customization.
