Editor & Senior Writer, Opinion's States Newsletter

The Wall Street Journal Opinion section is hiring a New York–based editor and writer to create, launch and lead a new states-focused twice-weekly newsletter and companion column. The role will define the product’s editorial identity and strategic direction, producing region-specific commentary on state political and economic developments and contributing original opinion writing. This position sits within the Opinion editorial team at Dow Jones and partners with senior leadership to integrate the product across platforms.
