Ed's Bowling Cook

The Cook is responsible for the day-to-day preparation and handling of food products within the Ed's Bowling kitchen, ensuring compliance with Food Safe standards and assisting the Kitchen Supervisor with labor and food cost control. The role involves serving customers promptly and courteously, maintaining proper food portioning and presentation, and meeting with the Kitchen Supervisor on food service priorities. The position requires conducting food and ingredient inventories, ensuring kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned, and keeping the kitchen tidy and food quality at or above standard.
