Education and Training Instructor

The Education and Training Instructor delivers high-quality Power of Possible (POP) and Life Skills workshops to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve job readiness. This role involves facilitating engaging sessions, conducting benefits screenings, and supporting participants in progressing toward work experience, training, and long-term career success. The instructor assesses participant readiness, tracks attendance and progress, and collaborates with career advisors to ensure alignment with workforce development goals.
