Education Coordinator

The Education Coordinator supports homeless and at-risk youth through HANDY's L.I.F.E. Program by providing case management, mentoring, and academic support to students at Boyd Anderson High School and Lauderdale Middle School. This role involves developing individualized education and career plans, facilitating life skills programming, and connecting youth with community resources to help them overcome barriers and achieve success. The position requires collaboration with school personnel, families, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support and crisis intervention.
