Education Pathway Specialist

The Education Pathway Specialist leads the planning, coordination, and implementation of education pathway programs, including FAAME, Future Fellows, and the Summer Internship Program, while ensuring high-quality event execution and data collection. This role involves overseeing student participation across key district partners, managing relationships with higher education and community stakeholders, and providing supervision and development for mentors and instructional personnel. The position also requires collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to support long-term educator pipeline strategies and maintain up-to-date program resources and communications.
