Education Services

This exempt position is responsible for conducting developmentally appropriate instruction and activities for children in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards, Council on Accreditation guidelines, and National Association for the Education of Young Children standards. The role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Department of Children and Families licensing and Voluntary Prekindergarten Program mandates, while maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment. The incumbent fosters family partnerships, manages classroom operations, and supervises teacher aides and volunteers to support early childhood education goals.
