Educational Advisor

The Educational Advisor provides academic, career, and personal guidance to eligible first-generation, low-income high school students to increase their success in secondary school and postsecondary enrollment. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating services that foster student academic achievement, personal development, and college readiness. This position coordinates advising, tutoring, peer mentoring, and workshops while supervising student peer mentors and supporting recruitment efforts.
