Educational Aide

This role supports special education teachers in meeting the instructional needs of students with disabilities by assisting with classroom programs, behavior management, and individualized instruction. The position involves working under the supervision of the principal and direction of the special education teacher to help implement ARD accommodations and maintain classroom order. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with students with disabilities and possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
