Educational Interpreter

This role provides interpreting services to deaf and hard-of-hearing students, their classmates, and educational staff within the school setting. The position involves accurate interpretation of spoken and signed messages, participation in educational team meetings, and preparation for interpreting tasks by familiarizing oneself with subject-area vocabulary. The interpreter is expected to maintain current knowledge of language trends and complete required continuing education and assessments.
