Educational Team Leader

NCSS is seeking an Educational Team Leader to provide educational and instructional leadership at Soar Learning Center, supporting a team of teachers and special educators. This hands-on role focuses on developing staff, collaborating with families and school partners, and ensuring high-quality academic and special education programming for students with diverse learning needs. The position involves overseeing program implementation, monitoring student progress, and maintaining compliance with IEP requirements and Vermont standards.
