About this role

This temporary full-time clinical educator role provides leadership in developing and delivering nursing education based on adult learning principles within a healthcare setting. Reporting to the Program Director of Quality, Safety, and Transformation, the position supports site leadership in promoting best practices and maintaining standards of care. The educator ensures optimal client outcomes by meeting the educational needs of clinical staff and supporting a culture of evidence-based, evidence-informed decision making. The role also contributes to quality improvement initiatives and supports staff and students in applying the nursing process in client care.
