Educator Apprentice 2026-2027

The Educator Apprentice position at Pinkerton Academy is an academic-year role designed to develop effective classroom teachers through a structured four-stage apprenticeship program while serving as a paraprofessional. The role involves fulfilling paraprofessional duties in the Special Education Department, including providing one-to-one student assistance and supporting IEP goals, while simultaneously completing higher education coursework toward licensure.
