Educator RN, Critical Care / Emergency

The Educator RN for Critical Care / Emergency serves as a consultant and resource professional, providing staff development expertise to ensure educational initiatives align with departmental goals and facility leadership priorities. This role supports the development of direct-care nurses and fosters nursing excellence through evidence-based practice, competency assessments, and leadership development.
