Educator (Sailing)

The NESS Educator delivers hands‑on, inquiry‑based sailing and marine science instruction to students of all ages, developing lesson plans aligned with NGSS, CASEL, and Ocean Literacy principles while maintaining a strong safety culture. This full‑time, year‑round role involves teaching academic, summer, and professional development programs, managing equipment and aquarium resources, and supporting outcome measurement efforts.
