Educator/Facilitator

This role delivers classroom instruction for OhioHealth Stroke Education, assessing learners' skills to ensure course requirements and individual learning objectives are met. The instructor fosters a supportive learning environment and collaborates with department leaders, clinical providers, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop educational offerings. Responsibilities include integrating adult learning principles, managing educational projects within budget, and supporting evidence-based practice integration.
