EEO Investigator

The Department of Design and Construction's Office of Equal Employment Opportunity is seeking an Investigator to assist with EEO investigations, employee requests, counseling, and compliance. The role involves conducting interviews, performing preliminary and fact-finding investigations, and utilizing standard investigative procedures to address workplace concerns. The selected candidate will also prepare reports, analyze data, and track hiring and demographic trends to support inclusion and equity efforts.
