EHR Application Principal Trainer - Pharmacist

The EHR Application Principal Trainer - Pharmacist is an Information Technology role responsible for designing, developing, validating, maintaining, and delivering role-based application training for assigned electronic health record (EHR) and healthcare information system applications. This role partners with informatics analysts, operational leaders, subject matter experts, and the system-wide learning team to ensure training curriculum, workflow scenarios, course assignments, and training environments accurately reflect approved system configuration, role-based access, operational workflows, and release changes for all phases of medication management and closed-loop processes. The position serves as the application training and curriculum subject matter expert, supporting safe, efficient, standardized, and optimized use of the electronic health record and related healthcare applications.
