EHS & Engineering Director

The EHS & Engineering Director leads all environmental, health, safety, and engineering operations at the Suzhou plant, ensuring compliance with global and local standards while managing capital projects and infrastructure maintenance. This role oversees a team of 20-50 people, driving safety culture, engineering excellence, and OT/IT cybersecurity compliance to support production goals. The position requires translating business strategies into engineering and EHS objectives, managing risks, and delivering cost-effective solutions for capacity growth and production continuity.
