EHS Family Partner

The EHS Family Partner works under the supervision of the Center Supervisor or Program Coordinator to support parents by identifying their strengths, needs, and solutions while connecting them to community resources. The role involves implementing Early Head Start enrollment procedures, conducting weekly home visits, and maintaining accurate documentation of services provided. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to establish cooperative relationships with families, and proficiency in using office equipment and databases like Child Plus.
