EHS Leadership & Governance

This role establishes and maintains enterprise-wide EHS policies, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent implementation across all operating regions and corporate functions. The position provides strategic guidance on accident prevention, risk reduction, and compliance with federal, state, and local EHS laws. It involves leading cross-functional initiatives, overseeing audit and inspection programs, and managing the EHS team to improve organizational safety performance. The role also includes overseeing emergency action plans, business continuity planning, and supporting corporate management on insurance and claims matters.
