EHS Manager

The EHS Manager leads and develops the Environment, Health, and Safety teams across the Sagamihara and Takao fabs in Japan, ensuring compliance with Japanese regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement in EHS management systems. This role involves collaborating with manufacturing operations, cross-functional stakeholders, and global teams to reduce EHS risks, advance occupational health initiatives, and foster a strong safety culture. The position requires translating global policies into practical site-level actions while maintaining a strong presence on the manufacturing floor.
