An EHS Manufacturing Manager (Startup and Validation) at ERM will support onsite startup and validation activities for a client API facility in Lebanon, IN. The role serves as the EHS lead for a designated manufacturing zone, supervises a small team of EHS Specialists, and reports to the Startup and Validation EHS Team Leader. This is a full-time, 18-month limited-term position with anticipated project start in February 2026 and requires primary on-site presence.
