EHS Specialist

This role serves as the principal Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional at a Valmont manufacturing site, leading EHS initiatives and aligning site activities with enterprise-wide strategies. The incumbent is responsible for executing safety targets, managing risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies. Daily engagement with floor employees is required to identify hazards, enforce safety requirements, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
