About this role
ERM is hiring EHS Specialists (Startup and Validation) to provide onsite environmental, health, and safety support for a leading pharmaceutical client’s new API facility in Lebanon, IN. This is a full-time, 12-month limited-term role (project start anticipated March 2026) focused on operational readiness during startup and equipment validation. The position is hands-on and based on-site to support compliance and safety oversight throughout commissioning activities.
