The EHSS Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security functions at a terminal. Key duties include maintaining accurate compliance records, managing waste disposal documentation, tracking hazardous material manifests, and supporting internal and external audits. The role requires a detail-oriented individual to interact with employees, contractors, and regulatory agencies while improving administrative processes.

Responsibilities

Manage solid and hazardous waste activities including sampling and disposal coordination
Maintain and update terminal waste disposal tracking systems for accurate recordkeeping
Enter hazardous and non-hazardous waste manifests into appropriate databases
Track and organize compliance-related paperwork for easy retrieval
Support internal and third-party regulatory agency audits and inspections
