Ejecutivo de Cobranza

This role is responsible for the direct management of collections for overdue clients through constant follow-up and the use of persuasion and negotiation strategies to achieve credit recovery. The position involves analyzing overdue credits, delivering citations and notifications to clients and guarantors, and normalizing the assigned portfolio to recover funds. The role requires field work and in-person client visits to ensure effective communication and resolution of credit situations.
