About this role

An Elder Fraud Hotline Assistant supports ICF’s nationwide hotline serving older Americans who have been victims of fraud, providing intake and administrative support. This on-call, part-time position is remote and operates during program hours Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm ET. U.S. citizenship and a Public Trust clearance are required; training will be provided.
