Electric Line Assistant

The Electric Line Assistant is a beginning-level classification that assists journey line workers or apprentices in performing semi-skilled work related to overhead and underground line construction, maintenance, and other miscellaneous tasks. This role involves operating hydraulic equipment, driving trucks, and performing groundwork while adhering to safety and operational standards. The position is subject to collective bargaining and requires a California Class C Driver's License with the ability to obtain a Class A license within six months.
