About this role

This role provides on-site technical and administrative management for Electrical and Instrumentation phases on industrial construction projects within the Permian Basin and West Texas region. The position involves leading an E&I team to deliver profitable, safe, and timely projects for clients in power generation, mining, oil & gas, and manufacturing industries. The manager oversees project staff, coordinates with owners and subcontractors, and ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Manage on-site technical and administrative operations for Electrical and Instrumentation construction projects
Coordinate construction activities with owners, subcontractors, and company personnel to ensure timely completion
Negotiate and execute change orders while maintaining accurate project budgets and financial reporting
