About this role

RTX is seeking an Electrical Assembly II to perform routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical builds, wiring, repairs, and inspections for Navy and defense-related systems. This onsite, 2nd shift role involves interpreting engineering drawings, adhering to strict quality standards like MIL-STD, and supporting the assembly of shipboard hardware and wiring harnesses.

Responsibilities

Perform system-level and subassembly-level builds with small-gauge wiring
Assemble and upgrade electro-mechanical products per MIL-STD drawings
Read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
Conduct in-process checks and functional testing for compliance
Maintain accurate production documentation and inspection records
