This hands-on role supports the startup and operation of a new aluminum extrusion manufacturing facility by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced automation systems. The position involves working with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks to ensure successful equipment launch and process optimization. It requires diagnosing technical challenges and coordinating with vendors to drive cost-reduction and process improvements.
