Electrical Engineer - Power System Studies (EHV Focus)

About this role

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the modeling and simulation of EHV transmission systems.
• Make EHV study recommendations to influence risk mitigation through project execution plans.
• Communicate EHV study capabilities to internal and external clients to support project capture and development.
• Perform and oversee a wide range of power system studies, including but not limited to Load Flow and Short Circuit Analysis, Electromagnetic Transient Studies, and Dynamic Stability Analysis.
• Apply advanced engineering principles, techniques, and methodologies under general direction to develop, maintain, and enhance EHV engineering standards.
