About this role
Graduate Rotational Opportunities (GROW) at Westlake is a 3–5 year leadership development program for newly graduated electrical engineering students within the Performance and Essential Materials business segment. Participants rotate through multiple functional areas across US plant locations, gaining on-the-job experience, leadership and technical training, and exposure to operations and business processes. The program prepares graduates for engineering roles such as Process, Production, Maintenance, Reliability, Electrical, Instrumentation, Continuous Improvement, or Project Engineer.
