Thales Australia is seeking an experienced Electrical/C4I Engineer to support the design, integration, and verification of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence systems for Defence Land vehicle programs. This 12-month fixed-term contract role involves working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, interoperable solutions for platforms like the Bushmaster and Hawkei, requiring expertise in RF systems, CAD software, and classified information handling.

Responsibilities

Design and integrate C4I systems and subsystems for Defence vehicles
Develop electrical and communications engineering solutions for operational environments
Produce technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation using CAD
Conduct system lifecycle activities including testing, verification, and validation
Analyze communications architectures and resolve technical issues during deployment
