About this role

The Electrical Engineer will own critical subsystems of aircrafts and ground systems for the DoorDash Air team, designing high reliability, high power density converters and fault-tolerant controls electronics. This role involves bringing drone delivery to reality by building a new class of aircrafts and deploying them at scale within DoorDash Labs. The position requires collaborating closely with firmware, systems, mechanical engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and reliability teams to impact customer and merchant interactions.

Responsibilities

Design mechatronics systems and electrical subsystems for aircraft and ground systems
Debug complex systems to identify signal integrity and electromagnetic interference issues
Prototype and bring up boards with micro-controllers and mixed-signal circuitry
