Electrical Engineering Department Manager

SSOE is seeking an Electrical Engineering Department Manager to lead a team supporting complex tool install work for semiconductor fabrication and advanced manufacturing facilities. This role involves guiding electrical engineering strategy and execution from early planning through construction and startup, ensuring safe, code-compliant, and constructible designs for tool power and facility modifications. The position requires close collaboration with project managers, clients, and contractors to resolve technical issues, manage scope, and maintain design quality while mentoring staff and supporting business development.
