Design Solutions and Integration is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator with an Oil & Gas background to support Permian Basin operations and a field team of approximately 55 electricians. The role involves frequent travel for field job walks to scope, design-build, and estimate projects directly from site walk-throughs and verbal customer requests. You will collaborate with the Sales Team to secure new opportunities and partner with Project Managers to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all divisions.

Collaborate with sales and project management teams to secure bids and ensure smooth handoffs
