Responsibilities

• Manage mill E&I processes to ensure equipment reliability and uptime sufficient to support targeted production rates
• Manage safety programs for E&I personnel including participation in safety committee meetings and follow-up
• Manage E&I maintenance staffing needs including accurate time records, scheduling, vacations, individual work performance and training processes
• Manage and continuously improve E&I maintenance labor and material costs
• Provide assistance to Maintenance Manager and engineering in all aspects of capital expenditures and major expense projects
