The Electrical Maintenance Engineer ensures the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of electrical, instrumentation, automation, and utility systems within an engineering plastics compounding plant. This role focuses on preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting equipment faults, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to minimize production downtime. The position requires maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting plant operations through systematic problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliable operation of electrical and automation equipment across the compounding plant
Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, VFDs, MCCs, PCCs, and control panels
Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial communication networks
