About this role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Charlotte manufacturing team, responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment to support safe and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2–4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, a very strong electrical troubleshooting background, and solid mechanical skills. Experience working with injection molding equipment or in an injection molding manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment
Diagnose and replace electrical control components and sensors
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
