Electrical Reliability Resource Team Leader

The Electrical Reliability Resource Team Leader oversees the safe operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the electrical distribution system at the Battleground Manufacturing Complex. This role provides technical leadership and subject matter expertise for electrical reliability, maintenance strategies, and system operations while leading a team of engineers, coordinators, and specialists. The position ensures regulatory compliance, drives reliability improvement initiatives, and supports capital projects and turnaround activities.
