The Electrical Safety & Compliance Specialist (SRP) serves as the technical leader for electrical safety programs at the Asheville manufacturing facility, focusing on manufacturing test operations and laboratory testing environments. This role provides expert guidance to improve electrical test safety, drive compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and Eaton standards, and lead risk-reduction initiatives through continuous improvement and capital project implementation. The position partners closely with engineering, operations, EHS, maintenance, and external service providers to build and sustain a world-class electrical safety program.
